It is that time of year again where all we want to do is lay around in the sun and catch some rays. At least, I do. But right now in Northern Minnesota it is still rainy and cold so I’m not catching any sun for a while.

But every once in a while, that sun comes peeking out from behind the rain clouds and shines down on the green leaves that cover the trees. That light reminds me of the light that God shines in our lives every single day, and I can’t help but feel his love and the joy that comes from being his child.

So don’t just let the sun shine on you this summer. Let the light of God shine through you as well.
