AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
This is me at times. I really wanted to put a sound affect with this picture, because we all know exactly what it should sound like. Frustration has many faces and I can make them all. (My husband agrees with me.)
But too often we can’t make the proper sound or reaction needed to express this feeling at the much need time, because we find ourselves at work or around little ears. So we just panic inside and hold it all in, probably for way to long.
So, right now,… LET IT OUT! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
Feel better?
Good. Now that we have finally released the frustration from whatever we have been feeling, let us start a new and push forward to have good day.
If you are not completely better, take a moment and go to God in prayer. Which probably should have been the first thing we did, but letting it out is ok too. If you’re like me, sometimes I have so much bottled up inside that I can’t focus enough to pray, so getting a little out helps. But finish with taking your worries and frustrations to Him.
