When I first moved to Bemidji, Minnesota, I had no idea where anything was. So my GPS became my best friend. I used him for going to Walmart, the coffee shop, the lake, honestly anything. Why did I do this?
“Because you would have been lost otherwise.”
That’s right. I would have probably ended up going completely in the wrong direction and maybe would have ended up in Canada, which is only 2 hours away. Just kidding. But my GPS did save me a lot of time and stress.
The question I want to bring to you today is, “What are you using as your GPS for life?”
Now we know that our phones GPS will probably not give us the best advise on how to make decisions for our lives. But there may be an app on that phone that could help, your Bible app. I am not one to think that you need a physical Bible alone to guide you. Use the tools you have and allow God to help you grow through His Word, whether electronically or physically. The key is not going to things that will guide you in the wrong way. Many call the Bible the map of life (GPS). So let’s start following it today.
