This is a tough topic. For a lot of people serving God seems like you are giving up on living life the way you want. But… it isn’t like that at all. Even though the Bible clearly explains that there are things we shouldn’t do, it also helps us to see things through God’s eyes. It gives us a purpose and helps us to make good decisions with our free will.

Ultimately, we still get to choose what we want to do or not do.

But, another thing that is important that all need to know, is that God doesn’t take away free will and choose who can be his child. Because of God’s love and mercy, He has given everyone the way to be saved, but it is our free will that chooses to accept the gift of Salvation.
