It is church camp/fellowship week for our church and we are all having a wonderful time spending time getting to know each other more and doing silly activities. There is always wonderful messages in the evenings that encourage us and prompt us to continue going strong in our spiritual walk. But I have to say that my favorite part was always after the services. We would all gather around a large bonfire and sing the fun christian camp songs while a group of people would play on their guitars. So many great memories were made at night around a large bonfire with other believers.

These moments always helped me keep going in wanting to take more steps toward God. Why? because it was fun. The christian life can be so much fun if you let it. Some may say it looks crazy and weird, and some of the activites are kind of odd, but when you are having fun with other believers you all just enjoy the craziness together. That is why I always recommend going to church camp.
